I was there just an hour ago , there was an agent name amruta, I was there for a bank statement but before helping me out she started opening me a saving account totally misleading and misinforming about the account .she said you will get 100 dollars at the end of the 3rd week all you need to do is have 100 dollar now in ur saving .i thought it was ok and fine as u will get 100 dollar for nothing just to have a saving account .she didn’t inform me about the detail of benefits of having it and the outcome if I can’t manage my saving account and somehow there was miss Mary trying to help me out with the problem ,miss amruta started saying oh ! I told him everything .he knows everything .i was like what !!! .miss Mary was trying to explain her what was her mistake cause she hadn’t given me the benefits documents first but she was still not ready to accept her mistake .i can see frustration in miss Mary eyes cause she was really really weird . So if you are going to San Leandro branch (BOK) .i would request you all not to seek help from miss amruta.

If I could give minus stars it would be minus 10 !! This place is a sad joke.
